Ephraim Week 6 Review
Oh my word, we just wrapped up week 6! We were blessed with quite a few out of towners this week, so we averaged about 25 girls each day! Our girls did a fantastic job of welcoming these girls into our daily activities 🙂
We were blessed to hear from Ms Gwen during some morning devos this week, to lead Wednesday morning’s devo, to work in and then share as a group the daily lessons in our camp workbooks for week 6, go swimming at the Hannah’s pool, and learn two dances – Zion Celebration & Daughter’s of Jerusalem. Someone had the wonderful idea (I think it was Patty Wilde…but not 100% sure on this one) of pairing our middle school girls with the younger team boys for dance partners for Daughters of Jerusalem. The result – the most beautiful sight ever. Our girls got to learn to serve these 1st & 2nd grade boys but helping them learn the dance and by allowing these little guys to practice manners by learning this dance. At the next event, if they play this song and it is possible, maybe encourage your lovely little lady to find her dance partner and do the dance with them. I bet there wouldn’t be a dry eye in the house! What a glory to God this is!!!
On Sunday, we will send out an email with friendly reminders for the final week of camp.
Thank you to all the parents that responded to the emails this week. We truly feel the unity amongst and support from each of you as we band together to train up this next generation!
