Hello parents!
Our days at camp are so uplifting and full.
Ms. Gwen or perhaps a tribe leads us in our morning devo.
We have our day camp workbooks for quiet time and the different characteristics of Christ to guide us throughout the day.
Ms. Gwen gave an amazing charge to all of us Thursday morning about looking at what characteristics we already have and which ones we need to petition God for help with acquiring and mastering.
We wrote letters to Joseph Smith and took a hiking trip with Manasseh.
Our junior counselors participated in a river clean up project and assisted the Patton family with unloading a U-Haul truck during their move. It is inspiring to witness these young men serve without a thought about themselves.
As camp is drawing near the end, please make sure you are going over the workbook with your sons and that you ask them to share with you what they are learning.
Week 6 will be full of more fun and learning!
Please remember to send them back this week with clean towels and swimsuits.
So grateful for this life and this place!
