We cannot believe week 2 is over already! We have had such a busy week and have had SO much fun together! We are learning about the Characteristics of Christ and putting it into practice. The boys are doing so well!
We have enjoyed our morning devo’s, singing and memorizing scripture together, gymnastics, art projects (Thank you Ms Tiffany for leading that!!!), story time, slip-n-slide, wading pool, games, a movie and a fantastic field trip to name a FEW of the fun things that God has allowed for us! Everyone LOVED Edwin Warner Park, we got to tour the Nature Center, the organic garden, had some quiet time by a pond and saw frogs, dragonflies, fish, birds, bugs, etc, and then finished off the day with a picnic and wading in the creek! Ask your kids about all of God’s creation that we got to learn about this week alone!
We also had a new addition to the decor in our room, we have a suit of Armor and got to go through all of the Armor of God. The boys were very excited about that!
It was a very full and busy week – So grateful to God and to our leaders for providing this awesome camp for our kids, Junior Counselors and us as Counselors! We are ALL COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS TODAY AND GOING FORWARD!!!
