What a wonderful day we had today in the tribe of ZEBULUN! The girls got off to a great start learning more about how to love and serve others by stopping and thinking of others before themselves. We got to do a fun art project, play with some adorable puppies (thanks to Dr. Susan Abelt of Lieper’s Fork Veterinary Services), play in the pool and slip-n-slide, and watch week 1 of Weigh Down Basics, which taught us how to love God before loving anything on this earth. I heard from some sweet campers that this instruction was the HIGHLIGHT of their day! We celebrated one sweet camper’s birthday with a delicious cake, too!

We were so thrilled to receive our CHARACTERISTICS OF CHRIST workbook this week! Your daughter should have brought this home for you to look through tonight. You may send it back with her tomorrow. If you or your other non-camp-aged children would like a workbook, additional workbooks are available for purchase for only $7.
Next Tuesday we will get to visit with a sweet and Godly princess who learned that by giving extra love, you can help others be more loving, too! Please send your daughter in a princess dress to go with this theme! An extra change of clothes can be brought in a bag.
